Employee 360

Hi I would like to have a response rate table by relationship type.Same as the one that are possible with any metadata field, i tried with relationshipID since relationshipname is not an option, but the widget keeps breaking down.  Does anyone know a possible solution for this, or a way around? 

There is data (available somewhere) to support this but I can’t find it/have restricted access/something.My participants’ leaders want status reports that include Subject-identifier, how many nominations were sent and how many received by relationship-type.  See attached file for the desired display.I’ve been manipulating the exported data to create the following in excel but it should be possible within the 360-platform as all the information is available -- nominations sent is part of the upload/relationships of the subject-detail, and there’s even a widget-filter for “nominations sent” in the dashboard builder (that doesn’t work -- it only returns completed responses).  The # SENT data (used to initialize the 360-program) is from the upload files (we currently do not allow subjects to add/modify their evaluators)I would be forever grateful if someone out there has figured out how to do this inside Q-360.In dashboards, I can create parts of the c

Has anyone had any issues with the self-reflection being available for some subjects, but not others? This is a relatively new problem we’ve come across, and it’s sadly really impacting our users’ ability to utilize their 360s. In the screenshot below you’ll see there’s no available self-reflection. I can verify that on the back end of things as well. Additionally, I verified that self-reflection is turned on within the project.  

I am managing a 360 project where each report is designed to be a single page. However, upon downloading the reports, an additional blank page is included with each one. This extra page does not have a page number, indicating it is not intended to be part of the report. The survey has a text maximum length to ensure all responses fit on one page, so I am uncertain why this extra page is being generated. Could you please advise on how to eliminate this unwanted extra page?

Hi there, is there any possibility to adjust the Look & Feel for the 360 Portal? We have adjusted the Survey itself and also used Fonts and Pictures to customize it a little bit. Am I right that this is not possible, because it is platform related? Kind regardsMelissa

Hello Everybody, Im kind of new to Qualtrics and tried to find a solution to my current problem. I found one but wanted to hear from experts if there is a more elegant solution to this. The problem is as follows:I want to conduct feedback for several people. All of them will have to get feedback from 5 people. The workflow is the following: people who are eligible to undergo such feedback sessions have to choose the feedback givers. I just created a survey for this, where they can put the email addresses of those people in. The survey then sends out anonymous links for the actual feedback survey to those people. Because those are anonymous links, all the feedback will be saved in the survey. So before creating the individual reports (every person must only receive their own individual feedback), I have to create some kind of identification for each feedback. Dear all,is the self-evaluation a pre-requisite for subject evaluation settings? I mean, could a subject choose own evaluators if she/he is not entitled to self-evaluation? Moreover, are there any quick video showing the subject’s experience in choosing own evaluators, through the 360 portal I guess? Best regards,Pietro.

Hello! We are using the 360 project type because we need the automatic reporting that it generates. But we don’t want our participants to use the 360 portal. We would like them to take the survey from a regular browser tab just like they do with Engagement or LifeCycle projects. Is this possible?  FYI, it’s not an actual 360 program. We are just using the 360 project but technically everyone is just taking the self assessment.  Thanks in advance!!

I would like to share a list of the links for participants' self-assessments with someone, who is inserting them into personalized reminders. Is there a way to export all of them in bulk? I know it's possible on the survey platform, but I can't seem to find this in 360.

Our employees should always start the process from the participant portal. Within the messages of the 360 project, it is possible to add the ThreeSixtyLink piped text. However, it depends on the message type how the link is resolved.For evaluator invite, the piped text includes the direct link to the survey For the dashboard invite and custom messages, the piped text includes something like https://brandId.qualtrics.com/360/?q_ts_id=TS_projectId&brand=brandId&_=1All the participants will have access to the Qualtrics platform via SSO. Our preferred approach would be to always navigate them to the participant portal - also within the evaluator invite. I think the link below would achieve this:

The data is not populating in the report. I know the data is still there because I can download it as a spreadsheet, but it doesn't show up in the report. What is going on?

HiI am having an issue with reports.Regardless of the user i select the reports always shows as if it had only one answer and when i download the report i get this message:You do not meet the requirements to view your report. Contact your organization administrator.I am a brand administrator user.  I took off the anonymity requirements to check if that was the issue but i keep getting the same error.i was trying to check with an user who already has more than 4 responses but the reports keep showing just one response. Anyone experienced something like this and knows how to fix it?

Hi XM community folks, in EX 360 surveys, I wanted to have your views on one of the use case - As we all know, that 360 assessments can be taken any number of times by the evaluators as long as the survey is open. This is the intended Qualtrics functionality for 360 product so that evaluators can make edits in assessments in case they want to. While I understand this is a very good functionality so that one can make amends to the evaluations when surveys are live, one of my client raised a concern stating that what if my subject scolds me the next day and then I go into the assessment and edit the assessment taking into consideration that he shouted at me. So as an evaluator for that subject, now I take it personally and I edit my response preferably changing my survey positive responses to negative for that particular subject. So shouldn’t in this case, we should have a feature in 360 where we have a choice to allow respondents to amend their already submitted respons

Hello!I need some suggestions for  setting-up a particular  feedback-release program in Qualtrics. What I need is a project in which, on a continuous basis and when desired, manager can release a performance/development feedback to their direct reports.I am wondering to use a 360 proejct, but I would need some info about the steps to configure a workflow/set of options allowing this kind of process. Thanks! 

Hi All,I have a peculiar question / use case:I am looking for the ability to pipe the subject’s average score across their previous evaluators (from a scoring category, or from a questions [which would be a work around]) into the survey for future evaluators.In short, I’d like to display something like “Previous evaluators have rated this subject a 4.5 on average” into the survey for a new evaluator. As far as I can tell, we can pipe in subject’s metadata into evaluators’ surveys - but I’d love a way to pipe in the subject’s previous evaluators’ answers into an evaluator’s new response. Any ideas how to accomplish this?Thanks!

Hi team,I am helping one of my clients to gather feedback from direct reports for their managers using 360 surveys. Can someone please help me with information on what is the best threshold value we can set when it comes to analyzing positive and negative gaps between self and direct report ratings for a particular manager in gap charts and scoring overview widgets?Any information/input would be highly appreciated. The attached screenshot shows a data table from a 360 report. It is a simple count of how many managers, peers, and directs rated the target SD, D, A, or SA. Yet I cannot find a way to add in a column for a count of how many managers, peers, and directs, also rated the target as NA. I’d like that column to appear between SA and the total.

The data I’m looking for is shown by Q-360 when you display an individual’s details from the admin-page.  But I cannot figure out a way to access this same detail by a group of individuals.  In our case we run assessments for our corporate-members so the “group filter” would be (subject)company_name and Assessment_Launch_Date.The widgets I (user) can access only pull from the completed-data.  Yet what my customer-contacts (not the subject, but usually an HR or Sales-Exec) want to know is who HAS NOT completed the evaluations. Additionally there is a Nominations Sent filter-element that turns out to be very misleading -- it is not the sent information as imported because again this is only pulling from the completed-data.  “Nominations Sent” of completed-only data is not nominations sent, it’s evaluations received.I am currently using an external spread-sheet and tracking the “sents” from the original up-load sheet;  however doing this with a dashboard will be far
