hoping to find some insights - maybe somebody had a similar situation. We are running a yearly engagement survey with a parent-child org hierarchy. Now we have the situation, that some teams only have 2-3 people so they would never reach the anonymity threshold of 5.
The idea now is to provide a dashboard to the upper managers of these teams (so next level up in hierarchy) with a summarised dashboard for these teams - so e.g. team a (3 people), team b (2 people) = summarised in one dashboard. What would be a good way to go about this?
Using filters and lock them on the dashboard?
