Hello everyone,
I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with the Employee Benefits Optimizer (MaxDiff) to see if they were running into the same issue our team is running into.
We are used to having a participant list within the employee engagement surveys where we could preload participants into taking the survey, but I noticed that MaxDiff does not have that type of ability. This makes it harder for us to track employee's metadata and in need of creating a contact list in order to have embedded data.
Is this the only route to go or is there an easier way to perform this? Thank you!
