Is there a feature that helps disabled person to take survey?

For example blind. A read out survey. then they can answer.

@WilliamWong991 Qualtrics certainly enables you to build accessible surveys, some by default however it’s more about how the survey is built in order to be read/understood by the program the respondent with accessibility requirements uses, the same goes for any website that is built outside of Qualtrics etc.  There is different accessibility standards and tests which can be done, Qualtrics helps with this (has it’s own accessibility rating when building survey) - however in my experience we have had accessibility specialists review our surveys and are still someway to go before making our surveys accessible to all following global best practices for digital accessibility. Refer to this page for further details on Qualtrics side Survey Accessibility (qualtrics.com).

If your question is if Qualtrics has an option to read out survey on their end, and record verbal answers.  I’ve not seen anything like this from Qualtrics.  They allowed video uploads a while ago (could need certain licencing) - so there may be a way to embed media/audio of question and respond via a video - however my gut tells me this would end up being less accessible than a standard survey, unless it was built specifically with accessibility in mind.
