I’ve tried to add a “comparison” to the gauge widgets in Employee Dashboards.
I would like to show the value of (let’s say) ‘Overall Engagement’ for the selected organisational unit and show as a comparison the respective value of the entire organisation.
Is there a way to achieve this?
After not finding a direct way, I’ve tried to work with manually uploaded benchmarks. But I can only upload benchmarks for individual questions and not for the ‘categories’ (i.e. grouped questions). In the qualtrics documentation it says that this is intended behaviour and that the category scores will automatically be calculated by Qualtrics. But this seems not to be the case: For a gauge widget I can only select ‘individual question benchmarks’ a comparison point.
Any idea of how to show such a comparision for a gauge widget in EX?
