Dear colleagues from EX,

I hope you are well. I am reaching out to inquire if any of you have encountered a situation where, during the distribution of surveys via SMS, the sent history and consumed credits reflect successful transmission, but the message never reaches its intended recipient?

I would greatly appreciate your insights and any suggestions on how to address this issue. Is there any additional step that should be taken to ensure that messages are delivered correctly?

Hi, please make sure that you have completed SMS onboarding before you can send SMS distributions. SMS regulations require Qualtrics to review each use case separately and comply with local regulations and registration processes. This process may take between a couple days to a couple months. If this process is not completed, the toll free service provider might mark the SMS as spam and block them.
