Modification of the sending date for Onboarding surveys within Lifecycle | XM Community

Hello Qualtrics team, 


We are implementing Onboarding surveys under EX's Lifecycle product, however, we would like to know if it is possible to automate or have a calculated field that allows the sending of the survey that corresponds to the first 3 months so that it can be sent 10 days before these three months are completed and of course do it in an automatic way. 

We do this because we want to eliminate any possible bias since the employees of this company know whether or not they passed their probationary period on the day they complete their first three months.

I believe it is possible to do so even without a calculated field. I assume the lifecycle survey draws participants from the directory and the directory contains the hire date. When setting up the participant automation in the lifecycle survey, set it such that it imports only employees who joined the company exactly 80 days before today, that is between more than 79 and less than 81 days ago.

If you import your employees data directly into your XM directory, you can trigger the lifecycle survey based on a starDate.

 

Just setup an automation in the participant tab that will add participants when they reach around 80 days like @Paula_978  suggests
