Hello Experts,

 

I am looking for a solution, so that I can allow other local admins to fetch one or more participants based on email ids from one project to another. 

I cannot allow them to import from EX Global directory as it has other data as well.

Is there any solution for this issue?

Yes, i think there is a solution for this. You can use the ‘Load Users into EX Directory Task’ in Qualtrics. This task allows you to import specific participants from one project to another. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Click the navigation menu in the top-left corner and choose Workflows.
  2. Click Create a workflow.
  3. Choose whether the workflow should be scheduled or event-based.
  4. Rename the workflow if desired.
  5. Determine when the workflow should run or the event that triggers it.
  6. Add a data extractor task to import data into Qualtrics.
  7. Add the Load Users into EX Directory task.
  8. Select where you want to save the data and choose the data loader task.
  9. Map the source fields from SuccessFactors to the destination fields in Qualtrics.
  10. Import additional metadata fields if needed.
  11. Save the mapping fields.

Please note that this task requires loading data into Qualtrics using a data extractor task before it can be used.
