hello everyone,
I was trying to create a feedback survey towards colleagues in an organizational structure and ran into a problem with questions based on a hierarchical organization.
I imported the participants following the template provided by the platform "Generating a Parent-Child Hierarchy" with attached hierarchical structure, then added the question based on it. However, doing a test I cannot select the individual user who is part of the hierarchy, but only the manager. Does anyone know why this happens?
Why is it that if I search for "Jane Smith", i.e. the employee, I cannot find it?

I understand in this type of questions you can select areas, not individual employees. That is why you see managers name, because areas are called upon its manager.

so there is no way to select the individual employee?
Alternatively I will have to use another type of survey.
