Participation Dashboard Not Updating | XM Community

During survey administration, we have a live participation dashboard to track progress. Throughout administration, we typically have a couple of meta data changes, or may add or remove participants (although we try to keep this to a minimum). Whenever a change is made, I always click "update all responses with current meta data" and "update invited counts," however, the participation summary widget always seems to be off in terms of the overall invited count denominator. Not normally by much, but by 2-10 employees. Is there something I'm overlooking/not doing?

m_edgewood We've had this issue and the only solution was to delete the widget and re-add (and that is what Qualtrics help desk told us)


Hello @m_edgewood and @dmckiernan, I have had a similar issue with this but the reason being is that the participation widget is only counting those who have completed the survey at 100%. This may explain why you see more invited count when you update them. I had the same issue awhile back but Qualtrics confirmed for me that was the issue. Does that help?
