Hi, 

Sent personal emails with individual survey links to target audiences, but no one received it. Status is ‘sent’ though. Is there a way to resend personal emails to the same target group again?

Hi @applevch,

 

In EX projects, you have access to the email history in the Message tab.

This will help to understand what happens with your distribution.

 

 


@applevch You can download the distribution history there you will see all the personal links generated add those links as embedded data in contacts and then you can then use send the email without survey from XM-Directory-->Distributions and pipe that embedded data which has link to send the same links again to that group (create a separate mailing list for this).
