For our manager reporting dashboards, we provide a comparison to their previous year’s survey score. Our anonymity threshold has been set at 5 more responses for all of our EX surveys. One of our widgets is set up to show the most improved survey items from the previous year and the most declined items for the previous year. In a few cases we have managers who have 5 or more responses this year (2024) but they did not receive 5 or more responses for last year (2023). The widget is still showing a list of items for most improved and declined but there is no value listed in the previous year comparison column.

Is the widget truly showing the most improved and declined but just won’t show the score/delta because it doesn’t meet the anonymity threshold or is it showing a random selection of items?
