Our requirement is to capture manager feedback on a new hire early on in their employment and have that information be automatically sent to HR if negative.
So, if we break it down in two parts:
- Able to automatically send a survey to a new hire's manager X days after their first day to provide feedback on them
- Able to notify a specific HR service if the feedback is negative
For context, there would also be an integration with SuccessFactors.
Has anyone been able to achieve this, completely or partly? If so, please share any information you've confortable with on how you did and any roadblocks/limitations to look out for.
We would really appreciate it.
