I don’t believe that’s possible.

Best you can do it put in double quotes and it will give you all comments with just "não" or used in comments.

Still you can check with Qualtrics Support.

In the Text iQ section, simply type "não" in the search bar, and it will return all the comments containing the word "não." Then, click “Create a Topic” and name the topic.

if you're working directly in the dashboard you can create a filter or Type "não" in the search bar to filter comments containing it.Click Create Topic, name it and save.
