It’s no secret – HR and EX have both evolved tremendously in the past three years. From shifting work norms, to organizational priorities, the change was tangible and required a different approach than in the past. In order to gauge this change, we decided to get a pulse from HR professionals on the current state of HR, including what’s important to them right now and how they’re creating experience-centric cultures that meet employee and business needs.

When we asked 1,000 senior HR leaders about their roles in a post-COVID world of work, nearly three-quarters (74%) reported that the HR function is more involved in the company’s strategic initiatives, compared to pre-pandemic. Does this resonate for you?
