Hello!

Would anyone know why I am not able to recode a field in an EX dashboard? 

According to the page linked below, I should be able to import labels for any field that is a Text Set, Multi-Answer Text Set, and Number Set. I can access the labels, and recode them manually, but I don't have the option to import labels via a csv file. Is there any limitation on the type of field in terms of whether it is a survey question, embedded field or metadata?

Any help is much appreciated.

At least in the CX side, you should be able to import recodes for any field type except open text responses by clicking the gear icon, and then click “more options.” Then, it should say “import recodes”
