Hi, I am not sure if anyone can help. I have a Lifecycle Offboarding survey, Qualtrics is also integrated with Success Factors to daily update automatically the EX Directory. In SAP SF - the business rule is configured for termination events with a Timing trigger for the Survey to be sent 21 days before Termination Date. When a New Event termination is added in SF SAP and has this timing, I can see the employee automatically populated in the Qualtrics Participants. Question: if  in SAP SF there are already termination events added before the Qualtrics solution goes live, but the employee termination date is in the next 21 days -- will those employees still get triggered and populated in Qualtrics Participants?My understanding of how this solution works is only when the New Termination event is added in SF SAP -- this is what triggers the business scenario. What is there is a change in the Termination Date? will those employees get picked up as some

Hi Team,We are working on creating a dashboard with 4 onboarding surveys. We want to show the participant trend of the 4 surveys and individual participant summary for each survey.Please let me know how can I achieve this.Thank you.

I’m fairly new to Qualtrics and hoping maybe someone else has done something similar.  Is it possible to add a participant to a lifecycle project via a workflow from another source/ Qualtrics survey/ form?  Can someone provide detailed instructions in order to do so?Trying to build a workflow that would work something like the following:HR Manager enters an Employee ID # via Microsoft form or Qualtrics survey notifying of employee intent to term  Workflow immediately picks up Employee ID# from the form or survey and matches to Employee Directory (employees are already populated and do not need to be added) Participant is added to Termination survey (survey set up to email the participant as soon as added) in order to capture their feedback before last day of employment.

I don’t understand why the EX response rate widget can’t be filtered by time. Makes no sense to me. It is showing response rate for the entire life of the survey. For ongoing surveys like onboarding and exit…seeing a response rate for the life of the survey is not helpful. My internal stakeholders want to know what our response rate was for a certain period of time (i.e. last quarter, last year, etc.) And, they want to see how response rates change over time, so we can evaluate distribution strategies, communication strategies, etc. They also want to be able to see if different populations have higher or lower response rates than others. I can filter the widget by all of my various metadata….but, again can’t see that over time. I’m having to spend all this extra time and energy manually calculating response rates outside of the Qualtrics platform. Hello community,I would like to ask for your support in better understanding how dynamic benchmarks are generated in the tool from a technical perspective. Specifically, I have doubts about whether it is possible to generate them using a metadata field like "Business Unit" in lifecycle projects that do not have an active hierarchy.Is this something that can only be achieved through an organizational hierarchy? If so, it would limit its use exclusively to Engagement projects.Additionally, I would love to hear about the use cases you have implemented in similar situations. Any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

Based on the new EX Lifecycle emails (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/employee-experience/creating-ee-project/messages-tab/message-automation-el/) functionality, it doesn’t appear to be possible to automate the scheduling and sending of project participation reminders.Previously I could schedule the survey reminder email, how many times the reminder would be sent, and how many days to wait before sending a reminder.All this functionality appears to have been stripped from this upgraded emails distribution tool.Does anyone currently use this on an EX lifecycle project with the legacy email distribution functionality? 

Hello to the community, We have an onboarding survey sent to every new office employee across our organization for which we have built a dashboard. We currently have a participation rate table by country which gives us data on how many people were invited and how many people responded.I would like to filter that information by time periods (e.g. from Jan 1st to March 31st) so we can follow up on our hirings. However, I’ve noticed that data was not showing and read that time filtering was unavailable for participation rate table. Is there a workaround for this? I feel the data is so close to get, I would appreciate any recommendations on what I could do to have the information we need.

We’ve recently transitioned to Qualtrics and launched our EX Onboarding and Exit dashboards. We’ve found the filters, in particularly the hierarchical filters, not very user friendly and time consuming. Example: a team member in China wants to filter their report to show only “Beijing”. In the location filter they would like to search “Beijing” or jump to the “city” layer but can’t. Instead the team member needs to select each level of the hierarchical filter until they get to the level needed i.e. Region> sub region> Country> state> city. We’ve had immediate negative feedback on the experience from the HR community (“very basic looking, “needs a search” “Time consuming to not be able to jump the level and having to click through each level”). Has anyone come across a work around or better user experience they can suggest for hierarchical filters?We use these filters for our sup org and location in our onboarding and exit dashboards.

How did your company address potential survey fatigue?Did you limit the amount of surveys a single candidate would receive even if they had applied to multiple positions in a month? Curious if you implemented survey invite limits at the Screen or Interview stage at all. How many questions did you ask at each stage?Also curious if you surveyed Executive candidates, and if the methodology matched the normal invites for ‘regular’ candidates.

Helo Everyone, I am trying to utilize the creating a new Employee Journey Analytics project from scratch so that i can combine my 2 engagement surveys (2022 & 2024) , my onboarding 90 day and my exit survey (4 total surveys) together to see how our lifecycle data compares to engagement and the EX25 KPI’s. I ran this a few times and I keep getting an error for too many rows. What have others used to set up and did you join data and aggregate also?  I know that joining data and aggregating data are two options and not sure if I'm setting this up correctly.  I used a main demographic “branch” that all surveys have.  below is the model I built and waiting for this to regenerate. Thank you!

Hello Everyone,  I wanted to see if any of you have any JSON files you’d be willing to share for candidate experience surveys. I was trying to curate a base topic model to start working off and if anyone wants to share and discuss I’d be happy to share what I’ve come up with as well.   

Good Morning, You Lovely People! I have a Lifecycle survey where I want to have an overall “score” (raw number - not a %) calculated based on the items selected in the survey.The maximum/”perfect” score is 30 There are 8 questions - each with different values (3 answer options or 5 answer options) 7 of the questions are straightforward (A = 5, B = 4, etc.) However: On one of the questions - there are 17 possible answers I want to have the system *subtract* a point for each item selected - subtracting up to 3 points for a minimum value of “0” So: Max Score for the question is 3 Minimum score is 0 If 1 item is selected: Subtract 1 point If 3 items selected: Subtract 3 points If 4 or more items selected: Subtract 3 points I added custom javascript (mentioned below) and included it as an embedded data field in the flow before the questions.

What are people using to trigger workflows for people who DID NOT complete a survey? I mean fully not completed, didn’t click in - not incomplete.For example, we want our HRBP’s to be notified 30 days after an onboarding survey was sent out, regardless of if an employee completed the survey. I have set up the workflow for those who did complete the survey, but I have been told nothing can be triggered to those who did not complete the survey.Does anyone have a workaround within Qualtrics? I’m sure our HRIS can do this from a hire date trigger, but looking to have this come from Qualtrics.

If I want to make a connection between Qualtrics and SuccesFactors is it possible with a user with read-only permissions?

What kind of analysis you do for onboarding surveys (we have combined dashboard, week 1, month 1, 3 and 6)? What kind of user friendly widget you include, any specific textIQ library and AI feature.

Pulling in Termination Date as a Metadata field for Exit Survey. Haven’t worked with Field Editor too much, but not seeing an option to add a field in Qualtrics to pull out the Year of the Termination Date into it’s own column to use as a filter in my dashboard (“Everyone that has a Termination Date in 2024”).Does the Field Editor have this type of automation capability?

I have 4 onboarding surveys and I want to show response rate of all in combined dashboard. But I am only able to show number of responses. How can we display the participation summary. It is EX lifecycle.  

Hi Qualtrics Team. For a EX Lifecycle project, we created a single dashboard that integrated 6 different surveys, in the specific case of the Widget “Participation Summary”, it shows information just for one of the surveys. Do you know how can we integrated the results of all the 6 surveys in the widget? there is no too many options to customize this widget and the client need to have only one widget. Thanks,  

We are facing some questions while implementing a lifecycle (EX) project, we have three surveys associated each one to a financial benefit received by the bank employees, the invites are sent to the employees each time they make a disbursement of one of these benefits. The problem arises in the process of sending these invitations. After one day, the platform stops recognizing the participants to whom the invitation has already been sent, which causes it to indicate that it will send the survey again to all participants, instead of only to the new ones who have joined as project participants. Is there any way through which we can “Mark” the employees to whom we have already sent (even if they haven't replied to the survey) and include this filter as part of the metadata before sending invitations, to avoid this inconvenience

Hi everyone,We are planning to send a survey to candidates who were not selected for the hiring process. In order to tailor the survey, we need embedded data about these candidates, such as the position they applied for, their country, and other relevant details. We do not require their contact information. The embedded data we need is available in SuccessFactors, and we are working on creating a connection to access it. However, we're concerned that importing all the candidates might "pollute" the employee directory, as it would include individuals who were not hired. Do you have any suggestions on how we can handle this situation more efficiently, or ideas for managing this data without affecting the employee directory?Thanks in advance for your help! 😊

Hello,  I need help. I am in the Training Hub and have created an onboarding survey project as part of EmployeeXM Expert Certification. I am at this task: To import a question from the library, click Import from library within the block. The questions can be found in the Employee Experience folder of the Qualtrics Certified questions. Within the Onboarding folder, click on the folder Introductions - The first week. There you will find all of the questions used throughout this survey. Import all of the questions from the Driver - Training folder However there is no Employee Experience folder. Only Customer Experience and one other. please can some advise how this can be rectified?  Many thanks Trevor
