@afrerichs I just launch an onboarding lifecycle project not too long ago and, in my experience, the easiest way to pull metadata is with SSO. When sending the SMS, it is just an open link type survey but if you have all of participant metadata when importing them you will still be able to use their metadata with Dashboards. That is my current situation with Exit Surveys since they participants will no longer have access to our companies SSO.
