Any template to update contact information on Directory level | XM Community

Hi All, do we have any template in Qualtrics workflow to update the data in Qualtrics XM Directory on Directory contact level instead of Contact list level.

 

Anyone, kindly respond on this?

Thanks for your response. Yes, I have that XMD task. But contact list is also required in this task.
 

 

As far as I know, it doesn’t exist. We’ve been using web service tasks with Qualtrics’ API to update contact information directly in XM directories.

Exactly @vgayraud . I believe Qualtrics should create one template to update the information on Directory contact level only. We can raise idea for that. In the meantime, can you please share API process here, if possible.
