Extract Recruiting Data from SuccessFactors

Greetings to the community!I am facing an issue in my Data Recruitment (SSFF)  that utilizes a native integration with Qualtrics fot a Candidate Experience project. The situation is as follows:Problem: Despite the native integration between my Data Recruitment system SSFF  and Qualtrics appearing to work correctly in terms of adding contacts to the directory, I am unable to view candidate data. This includes crucial information such as names, email addresses, and other relevant details. The candidate viewing screen is blank.Question: Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any idea why this native integration is not allowing me to view candidate data? Are there any additional configurations I should be aware of or possible solutions I can try?I appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide. Thank you in advance for your support!

Assistance Needed: Qualtrics to SuccessFactors Integration Issue

Hello Community,We are encountering an issue with our integration between Qualtrics and SuccessFactors. The error message we receive is: "Unable to connect account; review credentials and try again."We have already checked the following details:Username:  API Key:  Datacenter Domain:  X.509 Certificate Private Key: ... Company ID: Despite confirming that these details are correct, we are still facing connection issues. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or have suggestions on how to resolve it? SMS Distributions in XM Directory and Distribution Information

I have a question for those of you with experience using SMS distribution (1-way / individual survey link) within Qualtrics. We are exploring integrating one SMS provider with Qualtrics and I need help confirming some information regarding distribution data.  I’d like to ensure it is possible to export SMS distribution details, such as distribution date, total successful SMS messages, total failed SMS messages, etc., to an external system via SFTP - To be more specific, I need a list of all customers' External Data References and the status of each SMS message (sent or failed).   Could anyone tell me if we can access this type of data within Qualtrics? It’s important to the project create a daily routine to send this information outside Qualtrics at the end of each day.

Snowflake integration error

We keep running into this error message in our Extract Data from Snowflake workflow. “MOD_8 - ‘tsv’ is not a valid file type”We used TSV because we have commas in one of our fields and it was causing issues with the CSV. Has anyone had a successful Snowflake integration in general?

How to extract Survey Responses those are in progress and update the status in salesforce

Hey all, I have a requirement in which I want to identify the responses those are in progress (use case in which user opens the survey but doesn’t submit it) so that I can update in salesforce for the status field ‘Incomplete’. I am able to see ‘Responses in progress’ on Data & Analysis tab but I am not able to fetch in progress responses in workflow editor using task ‘Extract Survey Responses’ (I have tried applying filter for ‘Finished’ and ‘Progress’ fields). I have also tried with triggered workflow but this works only for responses that has been submitted. It would be really really helpful if anyone can provide their insights on this. Thanks in advance!!

We would like to set up a Jira integration while in the extensions the only available domains are atlassian.com and atlassian.net. Does anyone know how to set up integration when using custom domain on Jira side?

WebService task returns all values in one field - How do I separate them?

Hi all,We are looking into embedding Qualtrics widget in the Salesforce layout. To my understanding, we can only use the widget “as is set in the dashboard”, and cannot have it, for example showing results for a particular account on Account layout.Is it so?

Multiple choice value with comma - Salesforce multi-select picklist integration

We have a request to add a multiple answer multiple choice question to a survey such as:And using a workflow update a field in our Salesforce org that is defined as a multi-select picklist. The commas are giving us trouble, though. When a user selects the first choice the result in the Salesforce field is "A;B;or C", that is, three values. There does not seem to be an automatic method by which choices with commas are wrapped in quotes or some other technique of managing the existence of commas.I am exploring javascript options at this time to run onPageSubmit and build an embedded field that is corrected for the existence of choices with commas but that seems like a bit overkill. Am I on the wrong track? Is there a better way to handle this situation?

Qualtrics and Dropbox - Getting Authorization Tokens in Survey Flow

I am working on a project that requires the use of the Dropbox API to create personalized file requests for survey users to upload their supporting documents to my Dropbox Account.  The workflow is that the user works on their survey, if based on their answers they need to submit documents, a Dropbox file request is created for that user via the Dropbox API and then the link is displayed to the user as part of the end of survey message (with a copy sent via email) Due to Dropbox using short lived tokens for authentication (4 hours) every time the survey is accessed, we need to get a new token as users will have two weeks to submit their survey and documents.  So, I am trying to get a “refreshed token” via the Dropbox API. The documentation for their HTTP SDK provides the documentation/sample code as a cURL statement (shown below) which I have tested, and it works on my computer (for purposes of security I replaced the sensitive values with Embedded Data fields.  curl https://api.dropbo

Pulling data from Google Big Query

Hi!I´ve been kickin my head around ways to pull data from Google Big Query and couldn´t find anything in APIs or using Qualtrics´ native integration. Does anyone have the experience of pulling data from BigQuery into a survey in Qualtrics? If yer, what´s the path? How did you do it? 😀 Give me some light / guidance / hope.

Salesforce Outbound Message help

Hello, We have a Salesforce case record type which can have up to 4 client contacts associated to it.  We’d like to be able to survey each contact individually.  We have been able to setup the Salesforce Flow to successfully survey the primary contact via Outbound message, but we haven’t been able to survey any of the additional contacts on the case (i.e. additional contact 1, additional contact 2, etc which are contact lookup fields).  Has anyone ran into a similar issue?  My gut feeling is that we need a separate Outbound Message setup per contact field.  Thank you!

What outer loop ticketing systems do folks use?

Hi, I’d like to better route, track and assign feedback to appropriate folks in the organization.  Basically create an outer feedback loop.  What systems or tools do folks use to do this?  I see Qualtrics has integrations with Jira, Freshdesk, and Zendesk. Anyone who has successfully done this and can share any tips or best practices?

Restrict user to resubmit the survey based on an embedded data value

We are using Salesforce. We are able to get the surveys via email. From email the user launches the Qualtrics survey and on submission it creates a record in Salesforce. We are using same survey for all the Cases. We therefore want to restrict the user not to resubmit the same survey for the same case again. Survey->Security->Prevent Multiple Submission: this option won’t work as it restricts the survey for other cases as well. We have the SF Case ID as an embedded data. Is there a way to check if the particular Case Id already has the survey submitted? So that we can conditionally show the survey.

How to add a JavaScript code to my workflow?

Hello everyone,I am looking for help to make this task code work in my workflow. Essentially, I would like to convert one of the embedded field (ARR) to a number format. As of now, the value that comes from this field in SFDC is getting displayed as a plain number (no decimals or thousands 111,222). This is the code I built, but when adding to the slack notification, I dont get any result. Anyone else using the Qualtrics Salesforce Experience Manager app?

Anyone else using the Qualtrics Salesforce Experience Manager app? If so, what is the status of the integration? Recently, in our Salesforce instance, the Qualtrics dashboard widgets and CX Dashboard suddenly stopped displaying content. The Chrome console log is displaying a “Not Same Origin” HTTP response.Any ideas?

How do you send 2 or more reminder emails for an automated (SFDC) survey?

Currently the Salesforce trigger and email survey options only let you automatically send 1 reminder email, so I'm having to go into my distributions each week and manually schedule the second reminder email. Is there a better way to handle? Seems to me a pretty essential feature, though some might say I'm sending too many reminder emails. (But I've proven they get me many more responses; without them for certain surveys I would never get to what my stakeholders consider an acceptable RR percentage.)
