Hello, We want to send out a survey using anonymous link and use a unique identifier in the URL field to fetch more data from salesforce regarding that specific respondent. The flow would be:Survey goes out to the customer Unique identifier is part of the survey URL and under the survey flow as embedded data Qualtrics to use the identifier to pull more data from salesforce That data is captured under embedded data in the survey responseI’ve tried web service in survey flow and it works while testing, but not during live survey as it seems to time out I guess. I’m not sure exactly which built in workflows of salesforce I can use to capture the date and add it to the survey response under embedded data. Has anyone done anything similar ? I cannot pass all the information through the URL since it might have sensitive information. 

Hi all, We’ve been embedding Qualtrics surveys for years and all of a sudden they refuse to connect within the iframe with the console log complaining about CSP violation.  Has anything changed recently? Is anyone else having issues? 

I’m currently looking into integrating Twilio with Qualtrics to enhance tracking and reporting. One key question I have is—can this integration help us capture the exact status of each invite (sent, delivered, or failed)?If yes, this data could be a game-changer in CX dashboards, enabling us to calculate more accurate response rates and drive deeper insights.Would love to hear from anyone who has explored or implemented this integration—what’s your experience?

Is there a way to connect Qualtrics with BMC Helix ITSM?

Hello - I’m looking to network with technical folks who are using Qualtric’s XM Disocver Export API to copy enriched records (documents and sentences) to your company’s data environment. We’ve started the development work while we’ve encountered some challenges.I’d love to connect! My three use cases are 1) copy of new records (incremental), 2) copy of history (we are approaching 1 billion sentences in the platform) and 3) protocols for model classificaiton/re-classiciation for data copy process, which will create a spike of updated records in Qualtrics. We have both surveys and call interactions loading to Qualtrics DIscover. Surveys can have sentences from the text questions, but not required. Some survey documents will only have structured data associated to them.So that is one of our questions for configuring API where both documents (no setences) and sentence (surveys with verbatim, call interactions) are present. Kind reguards, Justin 

Hello - We are long time users of the Discover platform. We started with loading surveys (hosted in non-Qualtrics platforms) and later added call interactions. We execute operational uses cases in Qualtrics Discovey like monitoring views and closed the loop. We are manually exporting classification data for analysis external to Qualtrics so we can stitch call segments together (transfers) and append additional customer, policy and interaction details. And we have visions of automaating analysis once data is in our Snowflake environment. We have struggled to use the Export API with AWS to copy records from Qualtrics to our analytics enviornment. A challenge is the quanity of data and payload restrictions for AWS to the point that this is blocking our IT team from scaling service. I’m curious about ways clients have implimented similiar processes. Are you having Qualtrics batch export (e.g., scheduled file delivery to AWS S3 or another cloud storage location) as a staging point for Snowf

Currently the Salesforce trigger and email survey options only let you automatically send 1 reminder email, so I'm having to go into my distributions each week and manually schedule the second reminder email. Is there a better way to handle? Seems to me a pretty essential feature, though some might say I'm sending too many reminder emails. (But I've proven they get me many more responses; without them for certain surveys I would never get to what my stakeholders consider an acceptable RR percentage.)

Hello!At the moment I have a game of tetris running in a couple of my experiments. It’s coded using java and hosted on github. I then use the </> function on Qualtrics to create an iframe.One issue however is that users have to ‘click’ into the iframe in order to use the controls for the game. Otherwise up/down controls the scroll bars on the qualtrics website, or don’t do anything at all, until the game frame itself is clicked.Is there anyway I can make the iframe the immediate focus, rather than the qualtrics website?Would love any help!

We have a survey set up by a Salesforce trigger to send out a survey. We use the Salesforce Outbound Message to trigger the flow into Qualtrics.  This is our current flow, which adds the contact to our directory and then distributes the survey and the one allowed reminder. My goal is to be able to send a second reminder message. Can I update this flow to add the contact to the directory with the appropriate embedded data, and then use the “Send a Survey via Email” task? Could I do this with only the Send a Survey via Email task? Thanks!

Hi, we currently have a series of partially disconnected apps/workflows in that they are non-cloud based applications. Is there a known method/workaround for me to add Intercepts/Creatives to these applications, allowing in-app feedback/surveys to take place?Thanks,Glenn

We are looking to send a Qualtrics survey via a trigger from Gainsight. Has anyone done this before? I know that Gainsight has their own survey capabilities, but we are trying to keep it centralized. Anyone do anything like this?Thanks

Hello,The survey invitation my company is sending from Qualtrics to our users are no showing up in the email they receive in Outlook. This is causing a terrible user experience plus low response rate because everyone thinks is SPAM (please see image attached).Does anyone has any idea how to force the images to appear in the invitation email? I'm using the built-in Google Maps Autocomplete in Qualtrics to let users type in their city. When they start typing, the widget shows suggestions, but all the suggestions appear in English.I want the suggestions to appear in Chinese (Simplified) when the survey is being completed with Q_Language ZH-CN.Has anyone managed to force the built-in widget to display place names in another language?Any help would be appreciated!Thanks in advance 🙏

Hi team, I am looking for options on how I can achieve the following ask: We have a field that comes from Salesforce that is not populated for all the accounts and we would like to add that field to our Slack notification ( from our customer survey) only when the field has a value.Example:if field [Partner Name] = XXXXX → add the [Partner Name] to the notificationif field [Partner Name] = empty → not add the [Partner Name] to the notification What options do I have available to achieve this? 

Is anyone who uses Workday sending any data back into Workday? If so, what data are you sending and how are you sharing it? Are you able to integrate this into People Analytics?We are looking to see if there is any high level dashboard data we can present in Workday and are curious what others have done.

Hi folks - I need to pull embedded data from a contact list but I’m not using the list to invite participants, that is managed through Prolific. Prolific will send the participant’s id, which I can presumably then use to identify the participant in the contact list and then extract the embedded data. I’ve searched for answers and unless I’m using the wrong keywords, the responses I’m finding assume that I’ve distributed to the contact list rather than gone through Prolific or similar service. Also, I would rather not use an authenticator as this is a short daily survey for which they can use their phones. I don’t know if they would have their Prolific id on hand or committed to memory. Unfortunately I’m also not particularly adept at using an API Thanks!Chris 

I’ve embedded the survey into a webpage. If the press “take the quiz” the survey would start. In some cases the questions just appear normally, in others i get "click the button to continue the survey in qualtrics" . A lot of my users are older and not very tech savy, so the extra click might be confusing them, especially since they have to scroll. Any idea what we can do about it?

Trying to convert to PKCS8 format the a public and private key pair generated with the "Generate X.509 Certificate" button in the Manage OAuth2 Client Applications.Has anyone experienced a similar problem or have suggestions on how to resolve it? Kind regards 

I was looking to see if anyone is currently leveraging Pendo and Qualtrics. We have both solutions but want to pull in Pendo feedback so we have all feedback data in one location. Is it worth setting up a Qualtrics survey in Pendo or just work to use Pendo survey and push that feedback into Qualtrics?Would also want to see how easy it is to set up and what if anything to watch out for.
