We want to set up an inbound integration to receive data from Microsoft SharePoint to Qualtrics without any middleware or API. Is it possible?

Is anyone integrating or sending information to Power BI from Qualtrics? If so, how is it going for you. We are using Power BI to do quite a bit of reporting dashboards for our operational teams. It is still in its infancy, but so far so good. I use Vocalize for my CX studies and other on-going studies, but might look at pushing some of my results into Power BI since so many in our organization will be using it regularly.

I wonder how can I record interviewee's audio response in qualtrics?

I'm creating a text/graphic question with an online game embedded with HTML code. Although I can adjust the length and width of the game using the HTML code, apparently that does not guarantee that every respondent who takes the survey will experience the dimensions of the game in the same way (due to differences in display settings on personal screens/monitors). Is there any way for me to adjust the HTML code so that any respondent sees the exact same dimensions no matter what their display settings are on their personal screen/monitors?For reference I've provided the HTML code below. Right now I have a survey that redirects to a RedCap survey. I want to tie the responses from both surveys together so I was wondering if any direct integration is possible so that I can achieve this.

We plan to build an EX platform with the goal of initially establishing a Pulse program. Subsequently, 360 feedbacks are also on the plan. But let's focus on Pulse Surveys first. The employee data should be integrated from SuccessFactors.I've searched the community posts and documentations for answers, but unfortunately haven't found a clear process model for a project like ours - especially on the integration part. Hi 😊 Do you guys know how can i add embedded data to an already recorded responses in a cx survey?So I have around 400 answers in a survey and i have embedded data with the ID of the users but we were not getting the names. We have now an excel with a information of the ID and name of the user. and we would need to update the responses with this information.  Is there anyway i can do this in automatic way? PS. the information of the survey is already being used in a dashboard. 

Are there any Workday users running integrations into Qualtrics? We are looking to set this up with our survey platform.

Hello!!When attending an event, is there a way to setup a form that can import data from a student’s campus ID card via an old fashioned card swipe? If so, can that date be imported into the Canvas LMS?This can be done using excel/SQL, but I am looking for an efficient solution.Thanks in advance.Jason

Hi.My organization does not have API access, and I can't get SFTP going.I have quite a few surveys, and it would be a hassle to regularly download the results, and so an automatic solution would be great. I am willing to write some reasonable amount of Python code if it will allow automatic downloading.Even if need to go to the Qualtrics website regularly, that would be fine if I could download everything with just one or two simple buttons.I don't need PDFs of the responses. Hello, I want to be able to determine if someone clicks on the Qualtrics survey, but doesn't proceed with the survey. Specifically, we're thinking of sending personal Qualtrics links to all of our participants, and we'd like to be able to track when participants click on their personal link. Hi Qualtrics gang! I am looking to pass one Unique Identifier (from a third party distributor) from one survey into another survey via Qualtrics. How would I go about doing this please? I know that I need to enter a code onto the end of my URL- but I can't figure out how to pass the Unique Identifier from one survey to the next. Many thanks!!!

Our survey invitations have a black footer (to fit our other digital comms). The 'opt-out' link that Qualtrics inserts is blue, which displays really badly against the black background. We've tried to use code to ‘force’ that to display white, both at the text and at the cell/table level within the eDM but Qualtrics isn’t complying with the CSS instructions of the code. Is there a way to either force that text to appear white, or hide the 'built-in' Qualtrics opt-out and insert our own (as it appears as it's only the Qualtrics opt-out link that has this problem - other hyper-linked text is OK). We have a request to add a multiple answer multiple choice question to a survey such as:And using a workflow update a field in our Salesforce org that is defined as a multi-select picklist. The commas are giving us trouble, though. When a user selects the first choice the result in the Salesforce field is "A;B;or C", that is, three values. There does not seem to be an automatic method by which choices with commas are wrapped in quotes or some other technique of managing the existence of commas.I am exploring javascript options at this time to run onPageSubmit and build an embedded field that is corrected for the existence of choices with commas but that seems like a bit overkill. Am I on the wrong track? Is there a better way to handle this situation?

Our organization was attempting to push a QA Qualtrics survey to production. In the past, we had no issues authorizing the Qualtrics workflows to a salesforce sandbox instance, then re-authorizing those workflows to our production instance after testing.Since the updates to the interface dated March 30th, the option to re-authorize a Salesforce production login is no longer available, leaving us stuck with tons of updates to a survey that cannot be pushed to production. Our only two options so far:Pause all response recordings and create all the changes in the current production version of the survey. We attempted to clone the production survey in hopes to keep version control, however, the cloned survey's workflows are automatically authorized to the sandbox logins.Rebuild the workflows entirely. Selecting the correct Salesforce app and re-mapping hundreds of salesforce fields.Has anyone faced the same issues we are facing? What were your workarounds?https://www.qualtrics.com/support/
