We are working on Automations. From what I am reading, it looks like we are not able to share Automations once they are created. I am reaching out to the community to make sure I am not missing a way to do this. For example, our IT Director set up our Automations, is there any way I can view those without logging in through him?

You're not missing anything, unfortunately.
There should be a Product Ideas post to upvote in this area (and please do), because it's a pain point for us also. Actually, to use it's more than a pain, it's a problem. Not only can no one else assist without proxying in as that user, if the account it IS associated with is ever deactivated -- whether for inactivity or because they leave the org -- the automation is deactivated with them and has to be recreated from scratch in another account.
Agreed - when you are trying to keep logins secure, having only one person able to manage automations is highly risky.
100% agree! It's absurd that automation setup cannot be shared. Please change this.
