Not sure if it's ok to jump in on another thread but I think what I'm looking to do is very similar if not exactly the same thing. When the survey is complete, I want the approved details to be generated into a word template letter, is this possible thru API? I was just looking at the "reports" tab -> reports, which has what looks to be a letter template but you would have to do this all manually. thanks

@Sensfan, You can use the API to get the data from Qualtrics. Then you would have to write it to a file in Word format (there are some libraries in various languages to do this).
