Eroor FTS_15 - Cannot create TCP connection in the SFTP extration workflow

Hi 

 

I am getting the error

In my SFTP extraction task, the task was working fine up til last week, when we got this error we proceed to update the credentials, thinking it may be that the credentials expired, however the error persist.

 

Anyone has any idea of how to fix this error?
