How to send uploaded file from Qualtrics to C4C?

Hi All,
I have a supplier form along with self identification proofs to be uploaded in the form.
Now the need is to send the supplier information along with all uploaded files to C4C as a lead.

Referred the above link for integration between Qualtrics & C4C. But I am also looking for files uploaded from upload question to be sent to C4C.
