When there is an error with the response mapping I have set up (to salesforce), i get a debug email from Qualtrics. However, I can't find a record of this failure anywhere in Qualtrics. Is there a way to run a report and see all response mapping errors that may have occurred (vs. just having to keep track of all the different debug emails)?

Hi, @BBSul! The report/debug email is only sent to the email specified if the response mapping is set up via Tools. However, if it is set up in Actions, when you go to the Actions tab and click on “Reporting”, you can click on the status (Completed, Failed, etc) of the Action and it will bring up all the information associated with it as a JSON object along with the debug message. For this reason, we would recommend that you use Actions instead of Tools. If you have any further questions on how to best set this up, feel free to reach out to our Support Team! 😃
