Looking for a simpel image reveal task with selectable tiles

Question

Hi. I'm fairly new to Qualtrics and facing my first challenge.
I want to integrate a task into my Qualtrics survey where participants can select parts of a concealed image to uncover it. Important is how many tiles they chose to uncover before ending the task manually. 
Some code in JavaScript would be awesome since there is an easy way to integrate it into Qualtrics via JavaScript Editor.

If you have a prebuilt task, then it shouldn't be a problem to integrate it.Take everything inside the  tags in your code and paste it in the JavaScript editor inside the addonReady function.  The rest of the things, just paste them inside the question HTML.If you've got multiple files, then paste everything inside the files that end with .html in the question HTML, everything inside the one's that end with .css inside the custom CSS in look and feel, and everything inside the ones ending with .js in the addonReady function.
