I am having trouble getting this set up. I have reviewed the support articles numerous times, and have created our Zendesk admin an account as well to create the connection to no avail. We use Okta (SSO) so I gather OAuth is the required connection here. Does anyone have any tips on user experience with this and how to get it up and running?
To be more explicit: I am using a Zendesk event to trigger a CSAT survey to workers. This was set up in the past by a previous employee in Qualtrics but they are no longer with our org. I have inherited the program but most if not all of the integrations were broken once the previous workers' business emails were deactivated internally.
Any suggestions, tips, or tricks is appreciated in advance. Thanks all!
