Single Sign On Not Pulling in Identifying Information

I was having issues with using the SSO authenticator to pull in identifying information as embedded data. Sometimes it was pulling in the information and other times it wasn't. I couldn't figure it out until I did. Let's see if you can figure it out too.Can you spot the difference and why one works and the other doesn't?A: B:A The attributes are typed in on both sides whereas B I only typed in on the right side where the cursor is defaulted to start with. B gives you no visual indication that it is any difference between the two. So Qualtrics is showing you them as full, but they are not functionally full.I could not for the life of me figure out what the second wasn't working. I even had Support involved and they were not able to figure it out. It is my opinion that this is a bug and should be fixed so others don't fall into this trap and not be able to figure it out.
