Single Sign On Not Pulling in Identifying Information

I was having issues with using the SSO authenticator to pull in identifying information as embedded data. Sometimes it was pulling in the information and other times it wasn't. I couldn't figure it out until I did. Let's see if you can figure it out too.
Can you spot the difference and why one works and the other doesn't?

A The attributes are typed in on both sides whereas B I only typed in on the right side where the cursor is defaulted to start with. B gives you no visual indication that it is any difference between the two. So Qualtrics is showing you them as full, but they are not functionally full.
I could not for the life of me figure out what the second wasn't working. I even had Support involved and they were not able to figure it out. It is my opinion that this is a bug and should be fixed so others don't fall into this trap and not be able to figure it out.
