Hello Qualtrics Experts, 

We are experiencing a unique situation where Qualtrics surveys have been published on an external website. 

As we deployed the code snippet on production environment for the external website, ALL surveys with the targeting logic as Java expressions are working fine. All surveys that have a URL as targeting logic are not working. 

This seems to work fine for non-production environment for the external website. 

 Please advise.

@Sumit.bhatia Are your security setting preventing the URL specific target from working?
These rules are typically stricter in product environment and might be more open for development and testing purposes.


@dxconnamnguyen  Thank you for your response. We are Investigating the root cause here and trying to determine if there is any additional security on the external portal that is blocking here. 

Can you recommend any additional configuration on the Qualtrics survey that we may need to check? 

Since some of the surveys are working as expected, I dont think there is any additional configuration change required here.
