Our university uses Blackboard system to track students’ credits in each course. We have capstone courses which may offer extra credits when students in the courses complete a survey in Qualtrics. Do we have a way to connect Qualtrics and Blackboard, so students can be automatically granted extra credit after they complete the survey.

It is not directly possible. But you can definitely use APIs to do such task like checking response from directory based in response store points in excel file externally let say sftp and than link your blackboard data and increment points based on this file. 

 

I am afraid but this is not an easy process.
