Hi Qualtrics Community,
Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this issue. We have the question 'how highly would you recommend us', scored on a likert scale 1-5. We like to be able to see how strongly people feel about the recommendation, hence the likert, however we would also like to be able to say what percentage would be a 'no I wouldn't recommend' and how many a 'yes'. We would split the response as a score of 1-3 = no, and 4-5 = yes. I'm attempting to use the bucketing variable to do this, however i'm getting an error 'There was an error creating a new embedded data field'.
I've tried refreshing the data set, but no joy.
Does anyone have an thoughts on what i'm doing wrong?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Sarah

SarahTalkingTalent I can't see anything you are doing wrong. Maybe try refreshing your account (not just the data set) and adding again?
To refresh the account, click on the person icon in the upper right corner where you access account settings and log out. Choose the option to refresh account.
