This should be a very simple question to answer. For a particular question or variable, how do I add the participants percentile to a report? For example, I responded 5.0 on a scale of 0-10 for this item, I fall within the X percentile of respondents to this question.

If you're working with the standard reports function, you are not able to. You need to export and calculate that yourself.
