Access Account Team Information in the Customer Success Hub | XM Community

Is it Cheryl? Maybe James? Or is it Claire? As a Brand Admin, remembering who is on your Account Team at Qualtrics can be challenging. Let us help you keep track of your key contacts at Qualtrics and how to get in touch with them!

In the Qualtrics Customer Success Hub, Brand Admins can view account details, including account team members and guidance on how to get in touch with them. Here’s how to get started: 

  1. Log into your Customer Success Hub

  1. In your Profile, remain on the “Account Information” tab and locate the “Account Team” section 
  2. Your “Account Team” details will be presented to you based on your account type. 
    • If presented with contact information, you can move forward in reaching out directly to your account owners. AD_4nXcM_f5Z_S_fws-jN6F7fsHK-zK2WG7F7hcrZCXaM0eOW9T2kfK3qVJ4GlivvJlmczG3lkdgVLkzkTlvbWBkmv6bUfscjxVm14i72cS1axFLyvMDKWpJkV03VLDEo9FRGhIx-XHSV6-yXnXQPTfrHGrXHPT8?key=5ucNOFsgxZl82djhR7daag

    • License Review: Review your organization’s license including features, usage trends and ownership. This is great for new Brand Admins becoming familiar with their license offerings or for existing Admins who need a reminder! 
    • Program Guidance: Request expert guidance on how to best achieve your experience management goals using Qualtrics. Discuss established best practices for your new or existing program. 
    • Qualtrics Product Overview: Walk through specific areas of the Qualtrics platform live with an expert. For example, a Brand Admin may want assistance with Dashboards.
