Is it Cheryl? Maybe James? Or is it Claire? As a Brand Admin, remembering who is on your Account Team at Qualtrics can be challenging. Let us help you keep track of your key contacts at Qualtrics and how to get in touch with them!In the Qualtrics Customer Success Hub, Brand Admins can view account details, including account team members and guidance on how to get in touch with them. Here’s how to get started: Log into your Customer Success Hub  Login issues? Click the “Can't log in or don't have an account?” option  Click your avatar in the upper right corner and select “Profile” In your Profile, remain on the “Account Information” tab and locate the “Account Team” section  Your “Account Team” details will be presented to you based on your account type.  If presented with contact information, you can move forward in reaching out directly to your account owners.  If presented with an intake form, you will have three offerings to choose from:   License Review: Review your organization

The New Accept Collaboration Button!

Many of you who visited your Shared Folders last week probably noticed a new button appear called Accept Collaboration. You were probably wondering what it was for, so let's talk about it now! When you're sharing a survey with a user who's in the same Qualtrics license as you, and you find them in the address book by name, you _don't_ have to worry about this button. The survey will just go to your colleague's account automatically. ! However, there are other circumstances where we aren't sure of the identity of the recipient, and want to add an extra layer of security. In these cases, you will share with your collaborator's email address. This collaborator will then receive a code that they must enter into the Accept Collaboration window for the survey to appear on their account. ! ! Upcoming Deprecation of New Survey Triggers [Q1 2021]

We have been busy improving and innovating the Actions tab so that it can act as a hub of all the workflows in your projects. With the introduction of the Email Task to meet the needs of the Email Trigger, the XM Directory Task to meet the needs of a Contact List Trigger, and the Salesforce Workflow Rule Event and Salesforce Task to replace Salesforce triggers, we will be working towards phasing out Triggers.Deprecation of New TriggersStarting January 18, 2021, you will not be able to create new triggers, and will instead see the message displayed above. We advise you to use the corresponding features in the Actions tab instead of triggers. You will still have access to existing triggers, and be able to edit them as needed. Actions vs. TriggersOverall, the Actions tab gives you more flexibility regarding the types of events that can lead to the creation of emails and contact lists, and also offers more tasks and integrations that can result from a survey response being submitted.
