  • User Types: Updated UI for creating and editing user types from the admin page.

  • CX Dashboards


  • Custom Calendars (CX): The previously launched custom calendars functionality in CX Dashboards has been rolled back. This page has been removed from the support site, and we will include this feature in the weekly release notes when it launches in the future.

  • Employee XM


  • Action Planning 2.0: Action planning in EX projects has an updated UI with more streamlined options and simplified processes.

  • Anonymous Responses (Admin): Brand admins in organizations with EX licenses can now set brand-wide minimums for anonymity thresholds.

  • SMS Distributions (EX): SMS distributions are now available for Lifecycle projects.

  • SMS Distribution Reminders (EX): You can now send an SMS reminder to an SMS distribution.

  • New Support Pages


  • Migrating to Results Dashboards: New support page on creating Reports in Results-Reports vs. Results Dashboards. Also includes answers to commonly asked migration questions.

  • Website / App Feedback


  • Google Data Layer Targeting for Website Feedback: Google Data Layer variables can now be used within Website Feedback for dynamic targeting and embedded data capture. This feature will be gradually rolled out to eligible customers starting May 11, 2022 and concluding May 17, 2022.

  • Workflows


  • Frontline Feedback Task Updates: New fields have been added to the frontline feedback task, including Assignee, Client, Status, and Tags. Custom Fields set up within a Frontline Feedback project can also be added to the task.

  • XM Platform


  • New User Navigation Tour: A brief tour showing new users how to use the platform. At the end of the tour, users will have the option to access short introductory videos in Basecamp. Brand administrators can enable and disable this tour for their users under user, user type, or group permissions.

  • Sample Project User Testing: Starting March 24, some CoreXM users may see a sample project called “Product Tour & Sample Project” in the catalog. This change is in user testing and is not GA to all.

  • Employee Engagement


  • Org Hierarchy Editor Improvements (EE): In addition to reliability improvements, uncommonly used unit tools have been removed to reduce redundancy and in-product messaging has improved. These changes are for engagement hierarchies only. This feature will be gradually rolled out to eligible customers starting May 18, 2022 and concluding June 6, 2022.

  • XM Platform


  • Browser Compatibility: Starting June 15, 2022, Qualtrics is ending support for the Internet Explorer browser to align with Microsoft’s decision to retire the web browser. Affected users should switch to a compatible web browser to continue accessing the XM Platform. Read more about the Internet Explorer retirement on this Microsoft support page.

  • 360


  • Importing Evaluators from the Global Directory (360): Evaluators can now be imported to 360 projects from the global directory. All associated evaluator metadata will also be imported.
