- CX Benchmarks: We’ve added a new consumer benchmark named CX Edge. These NPS and XMI Customer Ratings benchmarks are based on a nationally representative sample of consumers’ attitudes towards individual brands.

- Benchmark Methodology in Benchmark Editor: You can now view additional details about benchmarks and benchmark questions within the benchmark editor. This includes information about the data included in each benchmark, response scales used, and more.

- EX Benchmarks: 2023 data has been released for the EX Healthcare benchmark.
Web / App Insights
- Page Views: This new support page covers what page views are within Website / App Insights, and how to track page views across your different projects.
- Session Replay Masking: Additional optional have been added to session replay masking, enabling more granular control over what data is hidden in session replays.
- XM Directory Integration with Digital Intercepts: This new support page provides an overview of using XM Directory with Website / App Insights, including information on segment targeting and contact frequency rules for intercepts.
Workflows
- Azure OpenAI Task: New task in workflows. This task integrates with Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI service to allow you to build workflows that enable scenarios such as summarizing text, extracting information from text, generating responses based on text, generating code, classifying text, translating text, and more.
- Calculate Metric Task Updates: A new option within the Calculate Metric Task allows you to calculate a metric range minimum and maximum to get the percentage of responses that fall into a specified range of values.
- Rerun Workflows: From the Run history page, you can rerun workflows to complete them again.
