CX Dashboards

  • Credit Union Benchmark: This new CX benchmark allows U.S. credit unions to see how their member experiences compare to other credit unions. Data filters can be used to compare credit unions on measures like member size and total assets.

  • Star Rating WidgetYou can choose to display total response count next to the overall average in the star rating widget.

  • Legacy Rich Text Editor Widget: You can no longer create new widgets of this type. Existing widgets are not affected, but will be migrated to a new widget type at a future date. We will send communications to customers using the old widget type in advance. Going forward, we recommend using our new and improved rich text editor widget.

  • Lookup TaskNew task in workflows allowing you to perform a data lookup in your workflow. You can use the returned data in subsequent tasks in your workflow.

  • Order of Tasks in a Workflow: You can now rearrange the tasks and conditions in a workflow. When your workflow runs, tasks will be executed in order from top to bottom.

  • Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG): In this solution, your employees can provide feedback on how they think organization is performing in key environmental, social, and governance areas. Questions are organized into 4 themes: Planet, Prosperity, People, and Policy.

  • Panel Contact List: The Panel contact list tab of the Audience Management program allows you to filter, import contacts, and create samples for the contact lists in your audience management program.

  • Self-Service Licenses: Self-service licenses are offered out-of-the-box for customers who want to get started using Qualtrics quickly. This page has information about setting up and managing a self-service license.
