Legacy Rich Text Editor Widget: You can no longer create new widgets of this type. Existing widgets are not affected, but will be migrated to a new widget type at a future date. We will send communications to customers using the old widget type in advance. Going forward, we recommend using our new and improved rich text editor widget.

Lookup Task: New task in workflows allowing you to perform a data lookup in your workflow. You can use the returned data in subsequent tasks in your workflow.

Order of Tasks in a Workflow: You can now rearrange the tasks and conditions in a workflow. When your workflow runs, tasks will be executed in order from top to bottom.

Deleting Mailing Lists and Samples in Bulk: You can now delete mailing lists and samples in XM Directory in bulk.

Private Embedded Data in Lists: You can now create mailing lists with private embedded data. This data is only visible to users with access to that list. This setting can be enabled in Directory Settings.

Touchpoint Timeline: The XM Directory touchpoint timeline is now consolidated into the profile card.
