Frontline Reminders Widget (CX): The frontline reminder widget displays distribution data and allows non-admin users to send survey completion reminders directly from a dashboard with respondent funnel data.

Dashboard Viewer: The Dashboard Viewer app provides a standalone workspace for dashboard users to view and engage with the BX, DX, and CX dashboards they have access to.

Gap Charts & Agreement Charts (360): The gap and agreement charts in 360 reporting have been updated. You can now rearrange the order in which items appear in these visualizations.
- Heat Map Widget (EX): The heat map widget has been updated to have a new interface and streamlined setup.
- Idea Boards: This feature no longer requires SSO to use.
- Spotlight Insights (EX): You can now keep multiple runs of spotlight insights without the results getting overridden. Simply select a key metric, demographics, and comparison to generate new insights.
- Text iQ Table Widget (CX + EX): The Text iQ table widget is now available for EX dashboards.
- Updated Scorecard Widget (EX): The Scorecard widget in Employee Experience projects has been redesigned. The widget also now includes all dashboard data sources by default.

Adding Extension Accounts: You can now edit the credentials for accounts added in the Admin Extensions page.
- Developer Portal: You can now share extensions with organizations that don’t have brand admins. These extensions will be flagged as in “preview” and not officially certified by Qualtrics.
- Linking Qualtrics & Salesforce: The “Sandbox” and “Production” Salesforce tasks in Workflows have been combined into a single task. You can now specify the type of Salesforce account when adding a new Salesforce connection.

Stats iQ Updates: The “No Mentions” label for “Topic Mentions and Sentiment” variables in Stats iQ and Crosstabs can now be recoded and bucketed in Variable Settings. Imported Data Projects can also now be used in Predict iQ.

- Results Dashboards Report Pages: You can now generate a report page with statistics table widgets. You can also select multiple widgets from the available options to be included in the customizable report page.
