Customer Journey Optimizer: The Customer Journey Optimizer is a new set of features that allow you to monitor customer data and events to understand the customer’s experience when interacting with your company, product, or brand. These sets of experiences, known as journeys, can be used to orchestrate and optimize your customers' experiences. This feature is an add-on to your Qualtrics license.

Confirmation for Changing Widget Type: A new confirmation window now appears when you change the widget type of an existing dashboard widget. This ensures that existing widget configurations are not lost unintentionally. This update applies to CX, BX, and EX dashboards.

Importing a CSV as a CX Dashboard Source: The ability to import a CSV as a data source in CX Dashboards has been deprecated. Imported data projects should be used to import CSV data and map to CX Dashboards. For more information, see Importing Data as a CX Dashboard Source.

Video Response Question Updates: This question type now includes the option to submit audio-only recordings. This setting can be enabled for individual questions.
Employee Experience

Pulse: A new employee program type that allows you to gather targeted employee feedback on a regularly scheduled basis. This feature will be rolling out between May 3, 2023 and May 10, 2023.
Extensions
- Extract Data from Amazon S3: You can now use workflows to extract data from Amazon S3 for use elsewhere in Qualtrics, such as employee or customer directories.
- Load Data into Amazon S3: You can now use workflows to load data from Qualtrics to Amazon S3.

Importing & Exporting Surveys: Improvements to the document survey importer. This feature now supports .docx files and has additional file formatting options.

Text iQ Interface Update and Hierarchical Topics: The interface for Text iQ has been updated. Additionally, you can now create hierarchical topics with up to 5 levels to show the complex relationships between related topics. This feature will begin rolling out May 10, 2023. All customers will have the feature enabled by May 23, 2023.

- Frontline Team Assist & Coaching: This new EX solution helps you easily uncover insights for agent and team level performance. This solution can provide organizations with manager level reports or individual agent reports of quality performance scores to unlock self-coaching opportunities. Explore how quality management impacts other scores inside your program, including CSAT. This solution includes our Quality Management starter kit and an expertly designed dashboard.

GPT Task: New task in workflows. This task integrates with ChatGPT to allow you to build workflows that enable scenarios such as summarizing text, extracting information from text, generating responses based on text, generating code, classifying text, translating text, and more.

Load Responses to Survey Task: This task allows you to load data from other data sources into a Qualtrics survey.

Filtering Dashboard Pages by Measure Groups: You can now filter BX Dashboard pages by measure group fields. Filtering by specific fields allows for widget consolidation, as fewer widgets are needed to display measure group data.

Custom Calendars: Customize time periods for your dashboard data, such as a fiscal week, month, quarter, or year.

Adding Measure Groups to Subset Ratio Metrics: You can now add a measure group as a numerator or denominator within a subset ratio metric.

Quotas: Quotas have been redesigned to best meet ease-of-use and accessibility. They are now easier to find in the survey builder and save automatically without having to click a button. Quota dashboards have also been enhanced. Support pages will be published next week, on June 14, 2023.
