Hi Caroline,
On the New User Tour, can you share any data on how a new user is defined? First log ins? First 30 days? Can the tour be accessed after this period anywhere else in the tool should someone want to go back at some point maybe?
Thanks
James

https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/45822#Comment_45822Hi James! New users are defined as users that (1) have logged in for the first time and (2) have permissions/access to create projects. If anyone wants to go back to the tour, it can be accessed within the notifications feed.

Very concerned about custom calendar being rolled back as we rely on it to report on financial year (jul-jun). This functionality needs to be built into all the date variables.

Why was the custom calendar feature rolled back? When is it coming back? What is the alternative?

AnalystRAC Hi there 😁
This feature was rolled back so our teams could focus on improving the feature’s performance. The feature is currently planned for Q1 2023, however, we would like to emphasize that we cannot guarantee this timeline!
