Customer Success Hub

  • Viewing Support Tickets: You can now adjust the support team’s ability to log into your account from right inside a support ticket.
  • Verifying an Account with Enterprise Support: Now when your XM Success Manager helps you initiate a support ticket, you can authenticate your account for ticket tracking and account troubleshooting. Available only for Enterprise Support Customers.

CX Dashboards

  • CX Benchmarks: We’ve added a new consumer benchmark named CX Edge. These NPS® and XMI Customer Ratings benchmarks are based on a nationally representative sample of consumers’ attitudes towards individual brands.

EX Dashboards

  • EX Benchmarks: 2023 data has been released for the EX Healthcare benchmark.

Web / App Insights

  • Session Replay Masking: Additional optional have been added to session replay masking, enabling more granular control over what data is hidden in session replays.
