CarolineH Can you clarify the dates for the Results Reports deprecation. I was told we would lose access to old Results Reports in Feb, 2022. This post says we won't lose access until Sep, 2022. Which one is it?
Also, if Results reports are going to become read-only beginning in June, 2022 I am not sure I understand what they are going to look like between June and September? Are only public links to these reports becoming read only?
Thank you,
David

Hi David — In February 2022 all users will be opted in to Results Dashboards by default. You will still be able to continue creating and editing Results Reports until June 2022, at which point they will become read only. When they are read only you will not be able to edit or create new Results Reports, but you will be able to view your existing reports, export any reports you want to keep, and access Public Report URLs.

CarolineH I just wanted to to add a note here in that we've requested to be put back on the old CX design for the time being as the 'Accessible Widget Header, Details, and Actions' change is causing more issues than improvements. The main reasons are:
1) The titles of each widget are now clipped meaning you can't see them without having to hover you mouse over each and everyone

After:

2)The widget filters can no longer be viewed in situ of the widget meaning that you can't easily compare widget settings when setting up multiple widgets or checking that everything is the same.

3)Due to the change in the headers / titles, on some browsers it's now no longer possible to highlight the page and copy the contents into excel (in order to use the data) without it missing off all the titles of each widget. The only alternative I can see is to click export on every single widget and then manually import it. For a page that contains many tens of widgets, this is impractical.

#1 will cause alot of confusion and may cause our CX users to refer to the wrong chart or table if the title is clipped.
#2 and #3 will cause alot more administration time and time required to generate monthly reports. From a point of delivering insight, we'll have to spend alot more time acquiring the data thus resulting in a lot less time to deliver insight.

Furthermore, why was this change was not put through a preview process?

I hope that this info can reach the feedback / preview team and the engineers can do something about it, especially the titles.

Thanks
Rod Pestell
