- Benchmark Methodology in Benchmark Editor: You can now view additional details about benchmarks and benchmark questions within the benchmark editor. This includes information about the data included in each benchmark, response scales used, and more.
Website / App Insights
- XM Directory Integration with Digital Intercepts: This new support page provides an overview of using XM Directory with Website / App Insights, including information on segment targeting and contact frequency rules for intercepts.
- Page Views: This new support page covers what page views are within Website / App Insights, and how to track page views across your different projects.
Weekly Features - Starting On & After January 3, 2024
Brand Administration
- SMS/WhatsApp Domain Management: You can now shorten, select, and manage survey links for SMS and WhatsApp distributions in the organization settings.
Workflows
- Azure OpenAI Task: New task in workflows. This task integrates with Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI service to allow you to build workflows that enable scenarios such as summarizing text, extracting information from text, generating responses based on text, generating code, classifying text, translating text, and more.
- Rerun Workflows: From the Run history page, you can rerun workflows to complete them again.
- Order of Tasks in a Workflow: You can now rearrange the tasks and conditions in a workflow. When your workflow runs, tasks will be executed in order from top to bottom.
