- Exporting Tickets to CSV or TSV: More advanced filters for ticket export, such as status and owner. Ability to export activity history.
- Partial Completion: When electing to automatically delete responses in progress, you can now choose from a wide variety of timeframes, not just one week. This update applies to surveys as well as EX projects.
