    1. Exporting Tickets to CSV or TSV: More advanced filters for ticket export, such as status and owner. Ability to export activity history.

    2. Partial Completion: When electing to automatically delete responses in progress, you can now choose from a wide variety of timeframes, not just one week. This update applies to surveys as well as EX projects.

    3. Organization Settings: Updated user interface.

    4. Self-Serve SAML SSO: Brand admins can now set up their own SAML SSO connection right inside Qualtrics.

    5. Languages in Qualtrics: New section outlining different areas of the Qualtrics product that customers can translate

    6. Results-Reports Overview: Page revised for clarity. 

    7. Ticket Permissions: 2 new features: ability to upload a CSV file to create and assign ticket groups in bulk & ability to delete ticket groups.

    8. How to Get & Decrypt a SAML Response: Information on how to get and decrypt a SAML response for SSO.

    10. Embedded Feedback: Embed a helpfulness question on your site content so visitors can rate the content and provide feedback right on the page. 

    11. Intercept Options: New section explaining the new “Link to XM Directory” option. 

    12. XM Directory Segments for Digital Intercept Targeting: New page describing how to use segments from XM Directory to control your intercept targeting.

    14. Qualtrics XM App: When viewing responses in the app, you can now see related tickets. You can also now filter responses.
