  • Simple Layout: Drill down questions, external CSS support, and password protection are now compatible with the simple layout.

Workflows

XM Platform

  • Account Settings Update: Account Settings has been redesigned to improve accessibility. To access account usage, view Qualtrics IDs, and grant login access to support, you will need to revert to the legacy Account Settings. You will be able to revert to the legacy version until all legacy settings have been redesigned.

360

  • Display Logic for 360 Report Visualizations: A new type of display logic based on “rankable items” has been added for visualizations in 360 reports. You can now display or hide a widget based on how a subject’s score ranks for a category or question.

CX Dashboards

  • Transactional Data in Dashboards: You can now get transactional data into the same dashboard as your customer survey data, allowing you to combine qualitative and quantitative data into a more insightful analysis.

  • Using Segment Data in Dashboards: The way you add segment data to dashboards has been significantly improved. Now you can create both mapper and model datasets with segment membership information, and combine it with the rest of your directory contact data as desired.
