1. Ticket Workflows: Workflow Action: Updated to include hierarchy escalation.

1. Hierarchies Basic Overview: CX hierarchies are only available as a ticket workflow reassignment option - there is no dashboard or role change associated. Only CX customers with ticketing have hierarchies. While EX and CX functionality are similar, they are not the same.
