- Custom From Domain Updates: DMARC compliance is now verified by Qualtrics when adding a new Custom FROM domain. The distribution outbox will also display a specific error message for any distributions that fail due to invalid domain configuration.
Workflows
- Load to SDS Task: This new task updates your supplemental data source automatically on a schedule of your choice.
XM Platform
- Supplemental Data Sources (SDS): Create a dataset you can reference in autocomplete questions and use to customize survey flows.
- CSAT Feedback in the Customer Success Hub: You can now leave feedback on your closed support tickets right inside the Customer Success Hub.
- Tree Testing: A new question type has been added for certain licenses that allow you to measure the efficacy of your website’s information architecture.
