CoreXM

  • Certified Questions: Standardized demographic questions integrated with XM Directory. Now generally available.

  • SMS Distributions: Customers can request the ability to send SMS from an alphanumeric ID.

  • Actions

  • TextFlow: You can now trigger actions based on topics and sentiments detected in oncoming responses.

  • Zendesk Event: New event in Actions to trigger a workflow based on events in Zendesk (e.g., ticket assignee is changed).

  • Segments & Lists Tab: Segments, lists, and samples are being combined into one tab in XM Directory. This feature is rolling out gradually and may not appear in eligible accounts for several days

  • Managing Multiple Directory Contacts: New section of support page added for opting out contacts in bulk with a file upload.

  • Actions (EX): Actions is now available for Engagement projects!

  • Multiple Data Sources in New 360 Reports: Visualizations unique to new 360 reporting now support multiple data sources.

    Mobile SDK

  • Multi-Intercept Support: A new version of Mobile SDK that enables multiple intercept capabilities. Note: API documentation for this feature will be updated once this feature is released.

  • Mobile Embedded Feedback: This guided setup presents a natively-built, conversational listening solution to gain higher engagement in app users.

  • EX

  • Action Idea Boards: New feature for Lifecycle and Engagement projects. Action idea boards help dashboard owners crowdsource ideas from their team on what they should do to improve employee engagement.
