CoreXM



1. COVID-19 Customer Confidence Pulse: Closing the Loop: Added a new section on how to use this COVID-19 XM Solution to close the loop with customers using the email task.

2. Surveys Exempt from Sensitive Data Policies: You can now determine surveys that are exempt from specific (or all) sensitive data policies in your brand.

3. Remote Work + On-site Pulse XM Solution: The Remote Work XM Solution has been redone in order to measure the experience of both remote and on-site employees.

4. Supply Continuity Pulse XM Solution: New free XM Solution! Designed by research methodology experts to help business leaders prepare and plan for supply disruptions due to remote and furloughed work forces.

5. SMS Surveys: New section on SMS credits consumption. Includes information about credit consumption by country, message encoding, and message length.



CX Dashboards



1. XM App for CX Dashboards: Users can now unlock their app using the same method they use to unlock their phone. This setting can also be disabled.

2. Dashboard Translation (CX): The file for dashboard translations has changed format, and you can choose between CSV & TSV. The steps to upload translations (download file, edit, upload edits) are otherwise unchanged.

3. Focus Areas Widget (CX): New functionality--the ability to map text topics from Text iQ as a key driver.

4. Filtering Dashboards (CX): New section on “set default value from” functionality in dashboard filters.



EX



1. XM App for EX Dashboards: Users can now unlock their app using the same method they use to unlock their phone. This setting can also be disabled.

2. Heatmap Widget: Significance Testing: Heatmap widgets can now indicate when differences are statistically significant.

3. Scales (EE & EL): New functionality to prevent users from creating invalid scales & recode values.

1. Setting Up a Reputation Management Project: New integration with Brandwatch & ReviewTrackers. Use Qualtrics to analyze online reviews of your business and build CX Dashboards of social review data.
