CX Dashboards
- CX User Management Updates: Updates to the User Admin tab within CX Dashboards, including a new Unique IDs section and a UX refresh. This feature will be rolling out to customers starting November 3 and concluding November 8.
- Concept Testing Program: Validate your best product ideas with this new program, which allows you to manage multiple concept tests in one place. Comes with a comparison of performance across all concept tests.
- Text iQ Bubble Chart Widget: You can now choose which topics to display and which to hide in your widget and edit topic names.
- Dashboard Translation: You can now translate the names of topics displayed in Text iQ bubble and table widgets.
- Android SDK Update: Android SDK users should update to the newest Qualtrics Android SDK version 2.2.0.
- Results Table Visualization: Added the ability to hide or display empty responses in results table visualizations in reporting. This update affects the results table visualization for CoreXM reporting, EX Report Templates, and New 360 Reports.
- SMS Distributions (EX): Engagement and Ad Hoc Employee Research projects now support 1-way SMS distributions.
- Load into a Data Project Task: New task in workflows to load extracted data into an imported data project.
- Ticket Group Auto Enrollment: This feature now supports assigning users to groups based on CX user attributes that have multiple values (e.g., if Region = DUB::SEA). No changes are required to existing group setups to make use of this functionality.
